We had to do our Christmas before we left for MN so we decided the night before would be a good time. Our neighbors so graciously invited us over for a train viewing! I had NO idea what a set up it was! Chuck has loved trains since he was a little boy and has an entire model in the basement. More than one model. It was so special that he invited us to share it with him!
Landon and Addison made special gifts with Tammy...this is the one for Bill. A votive holder!

So, after taking in some cool train stuff and having some quick dinner it was on to opening up presents at our house.
Addison was particularly excited about a present in a bag that was really heavy!
It was a sewing machine...a "real" one!
Landon asked for a light saber...I guess this one is double sided....like the bad guys!

Buddy the elf left a bunch of supplies for Addi and Landon and this is one of the gifts that Landon made for me!

Magnet tiles were the big together gift...I hope they like them!
It was fun! Bill got some fun gifts that the kids picked out...a hoodie, hiking pants and of course a candle! I gave Bill tickets to see Gregory Porter in DC in Feb as well as an old school kindle...no glare! And Bill gave me an awesome pair of sunglasses as well as a time machine for the computer! WOOHOO I don't have to worry about losing pictures! I love giving gifts! I wish it didn't have to be so rushed. It was off to bed because we fly super early!
